What concerns do you work with?
Psychosexual therapy, relationship therapy, traumainformed work, and individual psychotherapy.
This includes sexual functioning difficulties, intimacy challenges, communication issues, trauma, attachment patterns, emotional regulation, and identityrelated concerns.
Do you work with individuals or couples?
Both.
Sessions are tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, and clients exploring identity, sexuality, or relational patterns.
What happens in the first session?
The first session is a structured conversation to understand your goals, history, and current context.
You will not be expected to share everything at once — the pace is collaborative and grounded in psychological safety.
How long is each session?
• Individuals: 50 minutes
• Couples: 50 minutes
• Extended sessions: 90 minutes
How often will we meet?
Most clients attend weekly.
Some attend twice weekly or fortnightly depending on goals and capacity.
Do you offer online therapy?
Yes.
Online sessions are available and also internationally.

Is everything confidential?
Yes — within ethical and legal limits.
Confidentiality and data protection are explained clearly during the first session.
Do you provide crisis support or medicolegal reports?
